48hr - $1.75 per min - Standard 72hr - $1.60 per min - Budget
15hr - $5 per min - Overnight 24hr - $2.50 per min - Rush
We Charge Per Minute of Actual Media Length.
Send .mp4 files and limit their size to 1GB each if possible.
Media is processed and transcribed Monday through Friday, 9am PT - 8pm PT. Weekend processing and delivery is available for an additional fee.
If you need weekend processing or delivery, feel free to email us or provide details in the "Turnaround Time" box below.
A media upload confirmation email will be sent following completion of a successful upload.
Please allow up to 2 hours of processing time. Files with multiple speakers may require additional time.
While we take precautions to ensure the reasonable confidentiality of your material, you agree not to hold Transcription Farm liable for any inadvertent or unintentional breach of that confidentiality or security in relation to the data that you upload here.
Delivery times are not exact and failure to deliver within the above-referenced timeframe does not constitute a breach of services.
